How many people can the wedding halls accommodate?

The wedding halls of Hotel Reśliński can accommodate up to 180 people in the large wedding hall and 100 people in the wedding hall. Regardless of the number of guests attending the event, we are able to arrange the space so that all guests feel comfortable.

Are the halls equipped with appropriate infrastructure for people with disabilities?

The wedding halls of Hotel Reśliński are located on the ground floor. It is possible to access them directly from the parking lot. In April 2025, two elevators will be launched, which will make the accessibility of the halls from the hotel rooms even more comfortable.

Are the halls air-conditioned?

Both wedding halls are air-conditioned.

What are the options for decorating tables and chairs?

At Hotel Reśliński, we offer a wide selection of decorations tailored to the style and color scheme of the wedding. You can choose from ready-made arrangements or use the personalization option to create a unique setting for your celebration. We offer elegant tablecloths in classic white, warm beige, and elegant black. Napkins are available in black, champagne, or other shades upon request. Table accessories such as candlesticks, vases, runners, and gold and black accents highlight the glamorous style of our interiors. The tableware includes high-quality plates, cutlery in classic or gold finishes, and elegant glassware. By default, we offer elegant chairs with beige upholstery and gold frames. Alternatively, it is possible to add covers in white or black.

Yes, at Hotel Reśliński, we offer the possibility to customize table and room decorations according to the chosen wedding theme. We have a wide selection of tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, and accessories that can be matched to different styles and color schemes. Our standard arrangements include classic shades of white, beige, black, and gold, which perfectly complement the elegant decor of our rooms. Depending on the preferences of the Bride and Groom, we can also provide other color variants and personalized styling for an additional fee, in accordance with your vision.

What are the available table settings at the wedding?

At Hotel Reśliński, we offer a banquet layout that combines elegance with functionality. We have two types of tables available, adapted to different visions of wedding space arrangements. We offer round tables that can seat from 8 to 12 people, with 10 people per table being the optimal solution. Properly arranged, they provide comfort to guests, encourage interaction, and allow for elegant interior arrangements. For Bride and Groom couples preferring a classic wedding setup, it is possible to arrange rectangular tables in a traditional form. This allows for better space organization when hosting a larger number of guests and gives the event a more classic character. Regardless of your choice, our rooms enable aesthetic and functional table arrangements, and our team will advise on the best solution tailored to the size of the wedding and the individual preferences of the Bride and Groom.

What menu do you offer for wedding receptions?

At Hotel Reśliński, we serve traditional Polish cuisine, enriched with carefully selected ingredients and elegant presentation of dishes. Our wedding menu includes both classic dishes and modern interpretations of traditional flavors, tailored to the expectations of the Bride and Groom and their guests. We offer a festive lunch, cold and hot appetizers, a wide selection of main courses, and exquisite desserts. Among the offerings are, for example, old Polish broth, roasted or fried meats.

Our dishes stand out with a homemade taste, the highest quality ingredients, and aesthetic presentation, creating a special culinary setting for this important day.

Do you offer a menu tasting before the wedding?

Yes, of course, there is the possibility of tasting the wedding menu before making a final decision. This can be done in two ways: ordering selected dishes from the menu of our hotel restaurant, which reflect the quality and taste of the dishes served during wedding receptions; arranging a tasting of dishes from the wedding menu – in this case, just contact our representative to set the date and details of the order.

This allows the Bride and Groom to familiarize themselves with the quality, taste, and presentation of our dishes, so they can confidently compose the perfect menu for their wedding.

Can you prepare a special menu for children and/or vegetarians?

Yes, at Hotel Reśliński we ensure that every wedding is not only beautifully organized but also adapted to the culinary needs and preferences of all guests. Therefore, we offer a special menu for children as well as vegetarian options and other special diets. If there are guests with food allergies or on special diets (e.g. gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan), we are ready to tailor the menu to their needs. Each Bride and Groom can consult with us on the choice of suitable dishes so that all guests – both adults and children – can fully enjoy the exceptional wedding feast.

Is it possible to bring your own alcohol or wedding cake?

Yes, at Hotel Reśliński, it is possible to bring your own alcohol and wedding cake. In such cases, the following apply: corkage fee for bringing and serving your own alcohol.
Plate charge for serving the cake and its professional service by the staff.
In the case of homemade baked goods, it is necessary to present proof of purchase from a certified bakery or confectionery. Homemade baked goods cannot be served as we adhere to strict sanitary regulations and care about the safety of our guests. How long does the wedding reception last?

The wedding reception at Hotel Reśliński typically lasts until 3:00 AM. If the Bride and Groom wish to extend the party time, this is possible – each additional hour started may be charged extra. However, we approach this issue flexibly and individually, taking into account:

The course and dynamics of the event,
The schedule of next-day events at the hotel.

If you plan to extend the wedding, it is advisable to discuss this option with our team in advance so that we can best accommodate your expectations and ensure guests have a comfortable celebration.

We offer a power source enabling hassle-free connection of sound equipment and instruments. Regarding lighting, our standard offer includes modern, LED-backlit membrane ceilings that can be adjusted to the character of the reception. The possibility to choose any color and diverse lighting settings allows creating the right atmosphere – from a romantic mood during the first dance to dynamic floor lighting during the party. If you plan additional lighting effects or specialized sound systems, we will gladly assist in organizing and advising proven solutions that best suit your wedding.

Can a photo or video slideshow be arranged during the wedding?

Yes, at Hotel Reśliński, it is possible to display photo or video slideshows during the wedding reception. Both of our wedding halls are equipped with very large screens and high-quality projectors, ensuring a clear and well-visible image for all guests. The multimedia equipment allows connection of various devices such as laptops, USB drives, or other data carriers, enabling a smooth presentation of materials during the wedding. Yes, at Hotel Reśliński it is possible to organize a post-wedding brunch. The cost is 100 PLN per person, and the duration is up to 6 hours. The brunch can take the form of a casual family gathering, an elegant brunch, or a more relaxed outdoor party (weather permitting). We can adjust the menu and arrangements to your expectations to make this day as special as the wedding itself. We also offer a suite for the Newlyweds, which is the perfect place to rest after a special day. Additionally, if the wedding lasts until late hours, there is an option for late check-out for guests staying at the hotel, providing them with greater comfort after an eventful night.
